Washing Instructions:
The designs tend to last longer if you turn the garment inside out before it is washed. The reason this is done is to prevent any extra rubbing or friction on the design. Do not use aggressive detergent or bleach. It is also a good idea to wash the item in cold water on a delicate cycle, and when it comes to drying it is obligatory to dry it on a low heat cycle or better yet have it hang dry.

**Turn around time is between 2-4 weeks because of shipping delays due to COVID**
You Are My Jam takes specific care in choosing which promotional items and promotional products are offered in our parties. However, due to the fact that most of our items are personalized or imprinted, these items generally cannot be restocked.
Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to offer refunds, however are happy to accept returns on non-personalized, non-food items and are happy to offer you a credit on a future item of the same amount paid for the item.
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of order, unless otherwise discussed with customer service. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact our sales department at youaremyjamgifts@gmail.com or via Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/youaremyjam and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service department for assistance. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. We will also arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
